Delivery of your item can take up to seven working days however we do aim to deliver
your product as quickly as we possibly can, please note that in compliance with Distance
Selling Regulations we will only charge your card when your product is ready to be
despatched from our warehouse.

Are there any locations where delivery may be take longer than expected?

There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales. If you feel this may affect you please call our Customer Service Team on00353 412 132 998 (Opening hours : Mon-Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm)

What if I'm not at home when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If are not available to take receipt of the product either Royal Mail will take the item to your local sorting office for collection or our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on this card to collect your products.
